Beef, round steak, 30 oz (tenderized)
*Flour, white, .25 cup
*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
Salt, .5 tsp
*Condensed Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can
Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
Directions
Tenderize 6 pieces of lean steak with a meat hammer or purchase prepared cubed or tenderized steak. Salt each piece lightly and coat with flour.
Heat 1 tablespoon or oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the floured steak pieces into the skillet and brown on both sides.
In a large baking dish mix mushroom soup and nonfat milk until the soup thins. Add the meat, cover, and bake for 90- minutes.
