Ingredients

    2 Cups Fiber One Cereal, ground up in food processor
    1/4 Cup Light Country Crock, Melted and Mixed with 2 Tbsp Water
    3 Tbsp Splenda
    1 Tsp Cinnamon
    1 Large package (6 serv.) Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding
    1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
    1 Cup Fat Free Cool Whip
    1 1/4 Cups Cold Skim Milk

Directions

For Crust:
1. Mix ground Fiber One with Melted Butter, Cinnamon, Splenda and Water.

2. In a pie dish sprayed with cooking spray, spread the mixture around and up the sides of the dish.

3. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. Let cool completely.

For the Filling:

1. Mix Peanut Butter with milk using a wire wisk untill well blended.

2. Add dry pudding mix and beat until well blended.

3. Gently stir in Cool Whip.

4. Spread into Pie Crust and refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
