Ingredients

    1-1/2 cups milk
    6 eggs (or Eggbeaters egg substitute, not reflected in nutrition info)
    1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    2-1/2 Tablespoons margarine

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place margarine in a 10 inch cake or pie pan, or use a 13 x 9 inch pan. Put pan in oven and allow margarine to melt. Mix milk, eggs, and flour with a wire whisk until well blended (mixture will be a little lumpy). Tilt the melted margarine around to coat the sides of the pan. Pour in the batter and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned on the edges. Serve hot, Topping ideas include powdered sugar, sauteed apples, canned or fresh fruit, applesauce, cinnamon, yogurt or whipped cream.
