    2 hass avocados
    I/2 tomato
    1/4 onion
    1 lime
    1 pinch salt
    1 tbsp cilantro
    1 pinch ground pepper


Chop the avocado, onion, cilantro, tomato and stir together. Add the juice of one lime, and a dash of pepper and salt.

    Oh my this was an excellent recipe. I had way too many servings. I save calories with making my own tortilla chips that are low cal/carb/fat. My children and dh love it too! - 5/4/10

  • I'm not very fond of guacomole until I tried this recipe. It is soooo much better to make your own homemade version vs. purchase the pre-made ones in the store. Great, simple, and tasty recipe. My 12 year old loves to make it for me. Thanks for sharing. - 7/3/12
