Ingredients

    8 oz can of Pineapple Tidbits in own juice
    1 cup brown sugar, packed
    1/2 cup Cidar Vinegar
    1 cup beef broth
    1 Tbsp Lite Soy Sauce
    2 Tbsp Cornstarch
    1/2 cup peppers of your choice

Directions

Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in sauce pan. Pour in reserved pineapple juice, vinegar, broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer until sauce turns clear and thickens. Add Pineapple and peppers. Heat through. Great with meatballs, chicken, pork or egg rolls and served over rice.
