Introduction

This is a throwback to my childhood. Not the healthiest snack in the fridge but very filling and great for a post workout or soccer game snack. This is a throwback to my childhood. Not the healthiest snack in the fridge but very filling and great for a post workout or soccer game snack.

I will try this using either Agave Nectar or Yacon Syrup instead of honey & almond butter instead of peanut. I'll choose the highest fibre cereal I can find, too. I'm sure it'll be delicious, but lower on the Glycemic Index & maybe a bit lower in fat. - 8/7/10
