Introduction

I was given this recipe by a charming, quite healthy, with it (up on current events) and motivated (still has lots of goals and interests) 92 year old lady. Ingredients

    1 box chopped frozen broccoli
    1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup mix.
    1 stick of butter.
    2 cups of water.
    A dash of lemon.
    2 cups rice

Directions

Put all the first 5 ingredients into pan & cook just until the butter is melted.
Cook 2 cups of raw rice. Boil three quarters done. Drain, Mix all together. Butter a casserole and back in 375 F oven for ½ Hour (or microwave for 20 minutes).
