Introduction

Spread your tune on bread or crackers - delicious with low-fat cheese! Spread your tune on bread or crackers - delicious with low-fat cheese!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

140 gr drained tuna, canned in water
    1tbls. lemon juice
    3 baby carrots, finely chopped
    1/2 cup spinach, finely chopped
    1 tbls. olive oil

Directions

Simply mix everything together, and blend well. Put the olive oil last in.

This tastes great as a snack or a side dish with a meal, but my favourite is spreading it on whole wheat bread with a slice of low-fat cheese on top. Yumm!

This should be about 8 servings.

Yummy, my kids loved it too. Me and my son were making the first batch and it was gone in minutes. So we had to make a second batch for the others. - 6/1/09
