Introduction

An easy 4 ingredient recipe that you can prepare the night before and wake up to in the morning! An easy 4 ingredient recipe that you can prepare the night before and wake up to in the morning!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    40 grams Organic Oats
    4 oz. Chunky Spiced Apples from Trader Joe's
    1/2 Large Banana
    1 Cup Water
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    4 Drops of Stevia (0ptional)

Directions

In a small crock pot, mix water with oatmeal. To sweeten, add about 4 drops of Stevia if desired. Mix in the cinnamon. Allow it to cook in the crock pot for 1.5 hours. At that time, add the Spiced Apples and sliced up banana. Mix so everything is covered. Allow to cook for another half hour to 45 minutes. Mix. You should not need any additional sweetner.
