Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
    1/3 cup onion, green or white (whatever you have)
    1 cup fresh cilantro
    1/2 cup fresh parsley
    2 cloves garlic
    juice of 1 lime
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tablespoons vinegar
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp ground chipotle chili or you can substitute this with cumin, or you can also use taco seasoning, to taste
    tabasco (optional, it depends on how spicy you like it.)

Directions

add cilantro, parsley, onion, garlic and lime juice to food processor. Puree until it is almost a paste. Then add yogurt, sour cream,vinegar, salt and spices. Puree until very smooth.

Makes 4, 1/4 cup servings.
