Very tasty even though it doesn't look pretty. Very filling, hubby enjoyed it as well. Added some mushrooms as had some in freezer. - 7/25/10

Just to make sure I'm doing this right... I drain that grease before I add the eggs....right? - 3/11/09

There should not be much in the pan to drain. Healthy answer yes. Taste answer no.

This was so yummy for breakfast this morning! I used turkey bacon instead of canadian and added some celery for a little more crunch. Great South Beach recipe - thanks! - 3/1/09

This was a very tasty and filling breakfast! It's also very adaptable to what you have on hand. You can add different vegetables to add to the flavor without adding fat and alot of calories. - 5/31/09
