Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    8 leaves fresh cabbage
    sm onion, diced
    lg carrot, shredded finely
    2T butter
    1c raw jasmine rice
    4T Worchestershire sauce
    3T oil
    2T packed brown sugar
    1T ground ginger
    2t molasses

Directions

Cook rice
Mix Worchestershire, ginger, molasses, oil, and brown sugar in a bowl.
melt butter, add onion. sweat onion.
add ground beef and turn to high, brown.
Add carrot and sauce, cook 5-6 minutes
Turn off heat, add hot rice, and mix well
Put mixture in cabbage leaves and roll.
Makes 8 servings.
