Ingredients
-
1 small box JellO Instant Chocolate Pudding Sugar Free Fat Free (4 svgs in each box)
1 small box JellO Instant White Chocolate Pudding Sugar Free Fat Free (4 svgs in each box)
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
6 Graham Crackers (the large rectangular pieces, not just squares)
2 cups 1% milk
Directions
crush the graham crackers and mix with applesauce in the pie tin/dish and press with a spatula to make a crust that reaches up the sides, then put in 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes to bake the crust.
While the crust is in the oven, in two different bowls....mix 1 cup with each one of the puddings until it starts to thicken. Then mix in the cool whip. When both are mixed, you choose which flavor you want to go in the pie crust and then simply put the next flavor on top ofthat. Chill in the fridge for a bit, just to chill Or you can serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings but could easily be less calories with 8 servings.
