Introduction

My kids love these and I don't have to drive thru to get them. My kids love these and I don't have to drive thru to get them.

Ingredients

    1 English Muffin
    1/4 cup of Liquid Eggs
    1 oz of low fat cheddar or colby
    2 slices deli extra lean ham
    Optional: salsa
    Substitute: lowfat pepper jack cheese for low fat cheddar

Directions

Toast muffins, spray pam in med heat non stick pan, cook eggs, add ham and cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Put on muffin. Enjoy.
