Come home to supper, ready to eat. Come home to supper, ready to eat.
Number of Servings: 6


    Rump Roast, 1 pound
    *Potato, raw, 5 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Baby Carrots, raw, 10 large
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Place roast in the slow cooker.
Top with prepared vegetables.
Pour water into the crock.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on low all day.

  • Pretty basic and easy to do.Large serving so even if you cut the portion down some its still enough and less calories. This was just what I was looking for. Thanks - 2/17/12
