Introduction

this uses only egg whites and half of the butter this uses only egg whites and half of the butter

Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 egg whites
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 cups flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp of salt
    3 tbs of water
    1 cup of miniture choc chips or cut up dark chocolate chips

Directions

cream butter and sugar then add egg and vanilla.
add the rest of the dry ingredients. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes until golden.

helpful to let butter warm to room temberature.
