    3-4 lb beef roast
    2 packets good seasons zesty italian dressing
    1 tsp each garlic powder, oregano and basil


Put in crockpot and cook until roast is tender enough to fall apart. I leave it on low all day if I am not home or turn it on high if I am home to keep and eye on it. Shred and serve on kaiser rolls with swiss cheese.

Makes approx eigh 6 oz servings.
