Introduction

Ingredients

    2Tbsp orange juice
    .5 tbsp soy sauce
    .5 Thai chili sauce or to taste
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1tsp sesame oil
    .5 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
    12 thin asparagus spears
    2Tbsp green onion, chopped
    4 oz salmon filet

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees or use a convection toaster oven. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Tear off a 12x18 inch piece of heavy foil. Fold in half lenght wise with dull side facing in. Spray dull side with cooking spray. Place fish on one side of the foil and ccore salmon with a knife. Pour sauce on fish, then Pile vegetables on top. Fold top and sides of the foil closed and place on a cookie sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes.
