Introduction

Baked Spaghetti Baked Spaghetti
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Chicken Breasts, cooked (cubed)
    1 Box whole wheat pasta (rotini)
    1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce (I use garden vegetable)
    1 can Italian diced tomatoes

Directions

Cook Pasta according to directions on box.
Drain, and pour pasta into 13x9" baking dish.

Cook chicken, (add salt/pepper/basil-to taste *if desired) Spread chicken pieces evenly over cooked pasta in baking dish.

Combine tomatoes and spaghetti sauce and pour over pasta & chicken.

Bake @ 375 for 20 minutes (or until heated through).

Enjoy!

One serving is approximately 1-1/2 cups
