Ingredients

    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium zuchinni, chopped
    2 medium carrots, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 28 oz. can, crushed tomatoes
    2 15 oz cans, kidney beans, drained & rinsed
    4 cups vegetable broth
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp basil
    pepper to taste

Directions

Makes 10 1-cup servings

place all ingredients in crock pot, set on low and cook for 8 to 10 hours

serve with rice or pasta
