(2) lbs Beef chuck
(4) cups red skin potatoes
(4) cups frozen veggies (corn, green beans, carrots)
(3) cups water
(.25) cups flour
(2) tbsp canolia oil
(4) tbsp seasoning (salt, pepper, beef seasoning)
Directions
Makes about (8) 1 cup servings
Cut beef into small chunks, coat beef with flour, brown beef with oil in skillet. Cut up about 6 red skin potatoes into pieces. Add beef, potatoes, and (3) cups of water to crock pot. Add salt, pepper, beef seasoning. Cook for 6 hrs then add frozen vegetables. Cook for 2 hrs and it's ready to eat.
