1.5 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 c. Ragu Organic Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
1 can Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic,and Oregano
2 T. Kraft Parmesan Cheese
1/2 c. Crystal Farms Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Packet Original Shake n' Bake
4.5 c. Dreamfields Healthy Carb Living Penne Rigate (dry)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375. Pour can of tomatoes on the bottom of a baking dish. Cover chicken in coating, and place on top of tomatoes. Top chicken with parmesan cheese, then spaghetti sauce. Bake in oven for 33 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil penne until tender.
Top chicken with cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 2 minutes. Serve chicken over penne. ENJOY!
