Ingredients

9 oz. fresh or frozen (thawed) shrimp (Pre-cooked) 51-60 count size
4 oz. Barilla Angel Hair Pasta Plus
4 Garlic cloves (minced)
2 Tbsp Smart Balance Light Spread
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
3 tsp Creole Seasoning (or to taste)
1 tsp Black Pepper ground
Directions
This meal makes 2 servings.
1. Boil pasta until tender.
2. Save approx 1 cup of pasta water to add later.
3. While cooking pasta, start cooking Shrimp, garlic and olive oil in large pan or Wok on medium heat until most of water evaporates. If using raw shrimp, be sure to cook to recommended temperature/time.
4. Add Smart Balance Light and remaining seasonings, continue to cook on medium heat, stirring frequently for 3-5 minutes until melted.
5.Add cooked pasta to shrimp and stir.
6. Add 1/2 cup of pasta water and simmer to determine consistency. If too much water added, simmer on med-low head until water evaporates.
