6 potatoes pealed and cut in bite size pieces
15 baby carrots
1/4 c chopped onion
5 cups water
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
3 tbsp parsley dried
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1/4 c butter
4 chicken boullian cubes
Directions
mix all ingredients in a large pan. cook on low for 1 1/2-2 hours covered.
