Ingredients

1 lb Leg of lamb, cubed all visable fat removed
1 pkg frozen soup vegetables
1 15oz jar Patak's Rogan Josh sauce (HOT)
2 cups water
Directions
Brown lamb in large pan, add vegetables, rogan josh sauce and water. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer until the sauce reduces to a thick consistency, about 45 mins.
Serve over basamati rice.
