Ingredients

    1 10oz bag of Extra Fine Egg Noodles, either .5 oz of tomato sauce or a 16 oz jar of salsa (Pace was used in our version), 7 oz of stewed tomatoes, 1/2 onion chopped, 2-3 cloves of garlic (2 used in the nutrition guide) or 1 tsp garlic salt (fresh garlic used in our version), pound of hamburger (to reduce fat use ground turkey), 1/2 C grease (Crisco used in our version), 3 C water

Directions

Put meat into dutch oven or skillet. Brown meat. Remove meat and add 1/2 C grease and heat. Add noodles to melted grease. Stir continuously until noodles are brown. Add about 3 cups water, tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, onion, meat, and salsa. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on low until liquid is almost gone.
