Ingredients

    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    2 16oz. can's tomato sauce ( no salt)
    1 small chopped onion
    3 tbsp garlic
    1 tbsp oregano
    2 tsp basil
    1 tsp red pepper flake
    1 small can green chiles
    2 cups pasta of your choice



Directions

In a large skillet brown lean beef with garlic and chopped onion. Add tomato sauce and spices and a cup of water. Cook till spices are blended
