Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 lbs moose meat, chopped
    2 finely chopped onions
    1 tbsp minced ginger root
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 two-inch cinnamon stick
    1 tsp pepper
    2 bay leaves (crushed)
    1 tbsp cumin
    1/2 tbsp coriander
    1.5 cups beef stock
    2 tbsp tomatoe paste
    salt
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1/4 can diced green chilis
    5 cups cauliflower (pre-cooked)
    plain yogourt and cilantro to garnish

Directions

1. Brown chopped moose meat in olive oil and transfer to slow cooker
2. Reduce heat to medium and add onions, and cook until softened. Then add ginger root, garlic, cinnamon stick, pepper, bay leaves, cumin and coriander and cook, stirring for one minute. Add beef stock and tomatoe paste and bring to a boil. Season to taste with salt. Transfer to slow cooker and mix well.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until meat is tender. Remove cinnamon stick. Add red pepper and chili peppers and stir well. Stir in cooked cauliflower. Cover and cook on high for 20 minutes until pepper is tender.

To serve, garnish with a drizzle of plain yogourt and cilantro
