Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 4 cup (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 3 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long) (remove)
    Green Beans (snap), .5 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, .25 cup (remove)
    Ginger Root, 3 tsp (remove)
    *Sesame Seeds, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)

Directions

stir fry chicken in 1 tbs olive oil, add onion and garlic. continue to cook until golden brown, remove from pan. stir fry veggies in batches according to cooking times. remove each batch from pan, add to chicken. add soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger to pan bring to a boil and return veggies and chicken to pan. toss together until heated through.
