Introduction

Perfect for Valentines Day morning. Not the prettiest but they are tasty. Perfect for Valentines Day morning. Not the prettiest but they are tasty.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 serving oats (1/2 cup dry) cooked in plain water
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon (I use extra for health reasons, you might want to put less if you don't like strong cinnamon flavor)
    1.5 pkts stevia
    1 tbsp smuckers simply fruit red raspberry
    1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 egg

Directions

Makes 4 pancakes (approx 2 tbsp each)

Cook oats. Mix together with cinnamon, egg, 1 pkt stevia, raspberry, egg, 1/2 tsp cocoa powder.

Pour approx 2 tbsp each onto heated pan sprayed with pam. Cook on low heat. They may fall apart a bit so don't try to turn too soon. I cooked each side on low heat about 5 minutes each.

In a small bow, mix together 1/2 pkt stevia with 1/2 tsp cocoa powder. Use as topping on pancakes.
