Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Tblsp. Red Wine Vinegar
    2 Tblsp. Rice Vinegar
    1 Tblsp Olive Oil
    1 Tblsp. Dijon Mustard
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Whisk all liquid ingredients in a bowl. Add a dash of salt and grind in fresh pepper. Whisk again. Add to salads or use as a marinade.


Serving = 1 tablespoon
