Ingredients

    3/4 cup orange juice
    3/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup preserves, apricot or peach
    1 tablespoon corn starch

Directions

Makes 9 servings (25g each)

Combine juice, preserves, and broth (reserving enough to dissolve the corn starch) in a small saucepan. In a separate small dish, mix small amount of reserved stock with corn starch and set aside. Heat juice mixture over high heat to boil, reduce heat and cook until reduced by half. Stir in dissolved corn starch mixture into reduced sauce a cook until thickened.

Note: Next time I am going to add a little orange zest or a dash of cayenne pepper to liven it up a bit.
