Ingredients

    20 ounce cooked and diced chicken breast
    .5 cup light mayo
    1 cup diced celery
    .5 cup diced pickle
    .5 cup diced onion (green)

Directions

mix all together in a bowl

Or put everything but the mayo in food proccesor for a finer chciken salad and pulse a few times....
then mix mayo in....

let sit for 2 hours before serving on bread or lettuce.
