Introduction

You can divide this loaf in two halves and serve one hot; then serve the other cold for another meal. I have also frozen the second half before cooking for another dinner. Ingredients

    2 lb extra lean ground beef
    3 slices whole wheat bread, torn in pieces
    1 cup nonfat milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup catsup
    1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients thoroughly except catsup and brown sugar. Shape into 2 loaves in shallow baking pan. Bake 1 hour, or until done. Combine catsup and brown sugar and spread on top of loaves and bake an additional 15 minutes.
