Ingredients

    8 cups precooked and chilled rice( I do my rice the day before)
    2 cups chopped green onions, (scallions)
    5 oz water chestnuts diced
    5 oz bamboo shoots diced
    2 cups precooked chilled pork tenderloin diced small
    1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
    1/4 cup soy sauce or (to taste)
    Place chilled rice and all other ingrediets into a large container and mix completely before you start to fry the rice.

Directions

serving size is one cup prepared rice mix after it is fried in a teflon skillet sprayed lightly with spam or another light cooking spray.
