Ingredients

    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar splenda
    1/4 c. applesauce
    1 scant c. canola oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp pumpkin spice
    Pinch of salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. molasses
    1/2 c. mixed dried fruit
    1 1/2 c. Grape-Nuts
    1/2 c. pine nuts
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
    1 1/2 c. oatmeal
    3 c. flour

Directions

Mix all ingredients together well. Chill dough. Form into balls, flatten. Bake 10-12 minutes in 350 degree oven.
If you add a lot of extras, you may need to add a little more oil and even another egg but it never fails!
