Ingredients

    3 cans kidney beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 bay leaf
    10 spanish olives
    1 tbsp. capers
    3 tbsp. olive oil
    4 tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. crushed or minced garlic
    1 cup sofrito
    2 pkgs. sazon goya
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1 ham hock
    2 pkts.(10 grams) Sazon Goya

Directions

Add all ingredients to large cooking pot and stir. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
