Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz neufchatel cheese, room temperature
    2 tbsp light sour cream
    2 oz sundried tomatoes (NOT packed in oil)
    1.5 tbsp worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp dried basil
    salt and pepper to taste (nutrition info includes 1/8 tsp of salt and 1/8 tsp of black pepper)

Directions

Cut neufchatel into chunks and place into food processor in order to make it easier to blend. Add remaining ingredients and puree. Makes approximately 12 servings.
