    Olive Oil, 2 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Water 6 cups
    Vegetable bouillon, 2 tsp
    Coriander 0.5 tsp
    Cumin 1 tsp
    Cinnamon 0.25 tsp
    Red pepper flakes 1/8 to 1/4 tsp
    Salt Sense 0.5 tsp
    Tumeric 0.25 tsp
    Brown rice or Bulgar 1/2 cup
    Chickpeas 14 oz can, rinsed
    Mushrooms 1 cup sliced


Saute onion and garlic in oil until softened- about 3-4 minutes. Add water, spices, and bouillon, and bulgar or rice. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Add chickpeas and mushrooms and cook about 4 to 5 minutes more.
Makes 6 1 cup servings.
