Ingredients

1 1/2 lb lean Stew Beef, 1/2" cubes
4 Potatoes, cubed
4 Carrots, sliced at a angle into 2" piesces
1 large Onions, finely diced
6 Garlic cloves, finely diced
1/2 lb Green Beans, sliced into 2" pieces
1 large Red Peppers, cubed
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp black Pepper
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Thyme, fresh
2 Bay Leaves
1 pouch Lipton Carb Options Onion Recipe Mix
3 pouches Trader Joe's Savory Beef
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 cups boiling Water
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Brown meat. Add onions and cook until opaque. Add garlic, cook until tender.
In seperate container, mix boiling water, onion recipe mix, savory beef broth, worchestershire and cornstarch. Add rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper and bay leaves to mixture.
Place beef mixture in the bottom of slow cooker. Add potatoes and carrots, combine. Pour onion mixture over meat mixture and mix. Cook on high setting for 3 1/2 hours. Add red pepper and green beans and cook for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
