Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey
    1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
    2 (15 oz) cans water
    1 package taco seasoning
    2 tablespoons dry minced onion
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    8 oz spaghetti noodles, uncooked
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions

In a Dutch oven or 12" skillet, brown ground beef (or turkey) and drain fat. Add tomato sauce, beans, water, taco seasoning, onion and salt. Bring to a boil and add spaghetti. Reduce heat. Simmer covered until spaghetti is tender, stirring frequently, about 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and let it melt. Serves 6-8
