Ingredients

    2 cups dry pinto beans, softened and cooked
    2 lbs lean ground beef (85%), browned
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 med. onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 - 3 TB chili powder
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Soften and cook beans, or use 2 cans pinto beans. Brown ground beef, and drain. Put all ingredients into crock pot, and stir. Cook on high 6 hours, or low 10 hours. Makes 10 servings.
