Ingredients

    Pasta, Barilla Cellentani, 2 oz, or Tri-colore
    Stonyfield Farm Lowfat Plain Yogurt, .5 cup
    Garlic, 3 cloves, crushed
    Egg, fresh, 1 extra large
    Butter, salted, 1 pat (1

Directions

while pasta is cooking, beat egg and crushed garlic in a bowl. Add yogurt, parmesan and butter. Pour cooked hot pasta on top (will cook the egg), and serve w/ more cheese to taste. Simple and delicious!

    Very Good
    This was pretty good! My husband doesn't usually eat yogurt in any form (I'm not sure he actually knew the sauce was made from yogurt) but he liked this! We added salt, used olive oil over butter. I'll make this again! - 8/3/11

    Quick and tasty. Chopped fresh, tomato and flat leaf parsley is a nice topper or garnish. - 3/13/07
