Introduction

No added sugar but still sweet. I make this in my juicer. I use sweeter apples to make this less tart. No added sugar but still sweet. I make this in my juicer. I use sweeter apples to make this less tart.

i would love to try this today, however wont 5 cups of fresh apple juice change color if kept for long? i certainly wont want to drink it all in one go. do you think it keeps well in the fridge? Common sense says it would keep well because of lemon juice. - 7/25/09

I actually don't always make this much
I juice my own fruit so I go by eyeballing it.
I juice 1 part lemon to 4 parts apple and it works out fine. I usually make enough to be drunk at once.
Otherwise you lose the nutritional value of the fresh fruit.

Sounds good. I don't have a juicer. It should work with unsweetened apple juice and lemon juice. It may even appeal to my son. - 2/24/09
