A basic white sauce with parmesan added. A basic white sauce with parmesan added.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 cup 1% milk
    1 TBS corn starch
    2 TBS salted butter
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black or white pepper
    4 TBS grated parmesan


Add corn starch to milk and stir until dissolved.
Add salt,pepper and butter.
Bring to a boil and simmer one minute.
Turn off heat and stir in parmesan cheese.
