Introduction

a different twist to the traditions broccoli salad.
It makes a lot, but stay good in fridge for a few days for lunches.

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    5 cups finely chopped fresh broccoli
    1 can pineapple tidbits (drain well)
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup finely chopped leek (or green onion)

    dressing
    1 cup mayo
    3 Tbls Red Wine Vinegar
    3 Tbls sugar


Directions

Put chopped ingredients in large bowl.

in small bowl mix mayo, sugar & vinegar for dressing.
pour over chopped ingredients and mix well.
put in refrigerator til ready to serve.


Serving size is figured at 1/2 cup serving.

Makes a large batch. I use it for potlucks & parties.
