Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1-2 onions, chopped
    2-4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
    1-2 cups mixed veggies
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 97 % fat free, 1 large or 3 small cans
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp, if desired
    Pepper, 1 tsp
    Basil, 1 tbsp
    Thyme, 1 tsp
    Turmeric, 1 tbsp
    Sodium free Chicken Boullion, 4 tsp
    Water, 32 oz
    Egg Noodles, 8 oz

Directions

Add all ingredients to crock pot, except the noodles. Cook for 6-8 hours. Before serving, cook the noodles and then add to soup.

Makes about 10 servings (1 cup each)
