    1C. Whole Wheat Flour
    1t. Baking Powder
    1/2t. Baking soda
    1/2t. Sea salt
    1/8t. allspice
    1/2C. Cornmeal
    1/2C. Soy or Rice milk
    1/2T. Apple cider vinegar
    Egg replacer(equal to 2 eggs)
    1/2 Can sweet potatoes(mashed)
    4T. Coconut or olive oil
    1/4C. Maple syrup


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl mix together dry ingredients. In medium bowl whisk together milk,vinegar & egg replacer. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly oiled square pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Do the toothpick test.
