Introduction

This is a combination of TS Perfectly Potato Cheddar Soup Mix with BC Suddenly Salad Pasta. Add chicken and you have a creamy chicken meal. This is for one individual serving. If preparing for a family, then add more chicken per individual. This is a combination of TS Perfectly Potato Cheddar Soup Mix with BC Suddenly Salad Pasta. Ingredients

    1 Chicken Breast, cubed
    1 Pkg TS Perfectly Potato Cheddar Soup Mix
    (requires 6 cups water)
    1 Box BC Suddenly Salad: Ranch & Bacon
    (requires 1/2 cup Mayonaise and water)


Directions

Cube chicken for all individuls.
Start preparation of soup:
1. In a large cooking pot (8 quart) add 6 cups of water, TS pkg of Cheddar Soup Mix.
2. Whisk soup mix into water.
3. Simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While simmering soup, cube chicken and prepare pasta:

Prepare Suddenly Salad as instructed on box in 3quart sauce pan:
1. Fill 2/3 full with water and bring to boil, add pasta and cubed chicken. Gently boil for 15 min.
2. Drain pasta and chicken and rinse well with cold water. Shake to drain well. Add to Simmering Cheddar Soup Mix.
3.Stir together seasoning mix from BC box with mayonaise in a medium bowl. Stir into large pot with chicken, pasta, and soup mix. Continue to simmer for the whole 30 minutes.
Let set for 5 minutes to thicken.
You can add a can of diced tomatoes if wanted, but I didn't include it in recipe.
Makes: determined upon number of chicken breasts per person. Portion 1 serving from mixture to eat.
