Ingredients

    1 3 oz can drained, Bumble Bee Chunk White Albacore in Water
    1.5 Tbs Light Mayonnaise
    1 Green onion, sliced (any onion will do)
    2 C Spinach, fresh
    1 C Fresh Express Green & Crisp salad
    1 Fresh plum tomato (or other) sliced
    1/4 Zucchinisliced
    1/4 C Summer Squash sliced
    1/4 C Cucumber (with peel), julienne or sliced
    1.5 Tbs - Hidden Valley Light Ranch
    pepper to taste

Directions

Combine tuna, green onion, mayo and pepper in small bowl. Mix well.

In serving bowl combing fresh veggies.
Add ranch dressing and toss.

Top with tuna salad

Serve.
